Well, you only turn One once! So we decided to make it BIG! Miss Macie had her party on Saturday August 8th at Nana & Poppy's House. There were about 90 adults and 11 kids all gathered around to celebrate Macie's big milestone. This was all of her family and close friends.We started with the food because that is very important. Then the petting zoo & pony rides arrived. Macie being the birthday girl was the first to ride Ellie the pony. She absolutely loved riding Ellie. We had a bit of a problem trying to get her off of her. Then, all the other kids got a turn. I still haven't figured out who had more fun with the animals. The Adults or the Kids! 
After all the fun with the animals it was then time for cake & ice cream. I was very surprised that Macie didn't dive into her cake. She had a better time feeding the icing to her daddy. She thought that was too funny! I also think that she didn't want to get her birthday dress dirty! LOL!
Moving on the the presents! Wow! You can only imagine how many gifts she had to open! This took a while. Thankfully, her cousins helped us out. I think she opened gifts for an hour. Daddy was very nervous about where all of them are going to go. Don't worry we found room! We went from hardly any toys to play with to where do we start! Thanks again everyone for the gifts!
Well, that about wraps up the party! We all had a great time and were all exhausted when it was over. Now, she is considered a TODDLER! AHHH!!!!! I don't like this!
