I can't believe it is already MAY 1st. I also can't believe I haven't updated this since Jan. Any ways.. Life has been very busy and Macie is growing like a weed. She is going to turn 9 months next week. Still no teeth!
Macie got her first cold 2 weeks ago and I thought that was horrible. Just a runny nose & cough. No fever. Of course, I ran her straight to the doctors. "NEW MOM" She was fine they said it takes about 7 - 10 days to pass. They were right! Amazing!!
Yesterday was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Talk about a MELT DOWN!! Macie was in her exersaucer and I looked over and she was gagging. I scooped her up & FREAKED OUT!! She was choking on something but WHAT?? I screamed for Chad and he came flying up the steps. He took her and we dug a hairbow out of her mouth. Macie was completely fine but I was going crazy. I must say that scared me to death. No more pigtails for MISS MACIE!!
Last weekend we went to the Butterfly Expo at Krohn's Conservatory. It was so much fun. Auntie Em came up for Louisville for the occasion. I am still not for sure who enjoyed it more...Macie or Auntie. LOL!
